Safeguarding
Safeguarding is central to our work. Every child and young person we support has the right to feel safe, respected and protected. We follow national guidance, including Keeping Children Safe in Education and the Early Years Foundation Stage, and we work closely with local safeguarding partners.
We undertake regular safeguarding training and remain up to date to date with current statutory guidance and best practice

Lone Working
We follow a clear lone worker policy to ensure safe practice during home visits, community sessions and setting‑based work. This includes risk assessment, communication procedures, and professional boundaries. For further information, pleases see our Understanding You™ Lone Worker Policy.
