What We Offer

We offer clear, calm support for neurodivergent children aged 2–18, including, but not limited to; autism, ADHD and sensory differences. By working closely with families and settings (if applicable), we help you understand what your child needs and the practical steps that can make everyday life feel easier.

Nurture Pathway

The Nurture Pathway offers a complete, joined‑up assessment to help you understand your child’s needs and the best next steps. It begins with a conversation to learn about your child’s strengths, differences and the main concerns you’d like support with.

We then visit your child’s setting to observe them, gather their voice, and meet with parents/carers and key staff. This helps us build a clear picture of what’s going well and what may need support.

After the visit, your child receives a personalised letter sharing what we’ve learned about them, and you receive a full written report with observations, discussion notes, recommended next steps and practical strategies for home and school as required.

Eight weeks later, we meet again online with parents/carers and the setting to review progress using a simple RAG‑rating. A short review report is then shared to guide next steps.

The Nurture Pathway gives families and settings a calm, structured plan that feels achievable, connected and tailored to your child.

Nurture Check-In

The Nurture Check‑In is a short follow‑up visit available only for children who have been part of a Nurture Pathway, and it must take place within four months of the original support.

During the Check‑In, I return to your child’s setting for a brief observation and to gather their voice. I then meet with staff and parents/carers to review progress, explore what’s working well, and recommend any next steps or strategies that may need adjusting.

After the visit, you receive a short written summary outlining your child’s progress, any helpful adjustments, and clear recommendations for next steps.

The Nurture Check‑In offers gentle reassurance and keeps everyone aligned as your child continues to grow and develop.

Nurture Hour

The Nurture Hour is a focused one‑hour consultation delivered via telephone or Teams, offering calm, practical support for families or settings who would like guidance on specific concerns.

During the session, we talk through up to three key concerns, explore what’s working well, and identify supportive next steps tailored to your child’s needs. You will receive a follow‑up email summarising the recommendations, with signposting and links to helpful resources where needed.

Families and settings can book single sessions or choose a bundle of three or five Nurture Hours for ongoing support over time. These bundles offer continuity and reassurance, giving space to work through challenges gradually with guidance that adapts as things change.

The Nurture Hour is a flexible option for families who want clear, supportive insight without a full pathway.

Nurture Solution Day

The Nurture Solutions Day is a full day of collaborative support for settings, focusing on up to four children. It offers calm, strengths‑based discussions that explore what’s going well, what feels challenging, and what each child may need to thrive.

Throughout the day, we work together to build a clear picture of each child’s strengths, needs and support priorities. Where helpful, I carry out short, focused observations to deepen understanding and guide our thinking. Using a solution‑focused approach, we identify practical next steps, supportive strategies and any adjustments that may make a meaningful difference.

Each child receives an individual report including notes from our discussions, observation notes (where appropriate), and tailored recommendations or signposting. The day also provides a reflective space for staff to think, problem‑solve and plan provision with confidence.

The Nurture Solutions Day gives settings a calm, structured opportunity to understand children’s needs more deeply and move forward with clarity and shared purpose.
